Bio

Marianne Ilunga is a fashion editor, wardrobe stylist and image consultant based in Central Florida.  Her keen sense of fashionn, global perspective and strong retail merchandising background enables her to showcase fashion forward and classic looks for the everyday women and  for models on fashion spread. 

Marianne's love for fashion began years ago when she was just a little girl in her native Congo, where her godmother first introduced her to fashion design.  During her teens she moved to LA, graduated high school and began working in retail while attending college as a Fashion Retail and Merchandising major.

Her career began as a personal shopper splitting her time between LA and Orlando.  In 2008, Marianne founded Stylissima Fashion Consulting- a fashion and image consulting company that offers styling services to private clients, companies and events.  Some of the clients she has worked with include Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdales, Jimmy Choo, Donald J Pliner, Macys, Black House White Market, Eileen Fisher, Kate Spade, Emporio Armani, Nike, Adidas, Lululemon, BMG Models,  Demetree Global, The Grand Bohemian, and The Castle Hotel just to name a few.

Shortly after starting Stylissima she met the art director of Florida Home Media LLC and was hired as a freelance fashion editor for Orlando Home and Leisure Magazine, Orlando Life Magazine and Winter Park Magazine where she styles luxury lifestyle photoshoots and fashion stories. 

Her passion for empowering women has also led  her to produce fashion shows for non-profits organizations such as Rebuild Globally, Real Men Wear Pink, Wine, Women and Shoes for Second Harvest as well as Fashion For A Cause. 

Above all Marianne is also devoted mother who spends time at track meets and basketball games with her three children and her husband. Her favorite things to do are visiting  art exhibit around the world and attend musical plays.
